I bought a a direct clutch that was supposed to come built. It did not and I didn't have the correct tools to do it my self. BW transmission tested the part and did an inspection on it. Found out that I was missing a rubber seal that they installed for me and built the direct clutch. BW transmission went above and beyond what I was expecting. Very good and trustworthy people.
